Elto Coffee is the passion project of Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, two seasoned coffee professionals with deep roots in Ethiopian coffee, including leadership roles at Daye Bensa and Gesha Village. Named after the Sidamic word for "more than passion" and "abundance," Elto produces exceptional, exclusive nano-lots while empowering local smallholders through higher returns and processing education.
Sourcing from 500–750 smallholder farmers in the high-elevation district of Arbegona, Sidama Bensa, Elto pairs inherently organic traditional farming with contemporary post-harvest processing. Combining Arbegona’s extreme elevation and healthy soils with Eliyas and Atiklit’s cupping expertise and scientific background, Elto crafts deeply complex, world-class Ethiopian coffees that push flavor boundaries.
